• Its origin was never given in the anime. Sailor Mercury simply summoned the Mercury Goggle, with no explanation, while fighting Ramua in episode 9.


• Sailor Mercury typically pressed her right ear’s stud to call for the Mercury Goggle. On occasion, such as in episode 170, she would touch her left earring.


• In the R Movie , all of the text on the Mercury Goggle display was in German.


• While wearing the Mercury Goggle in act 11 of the manga, Sailor Mercury performed “Hyperspatial Sphere Generate” (超次元空間現出).
